At work we have our internal ethernet network and also wifi.
The wifi network tends to be that bit quicker because there's not as many users on it. Is there a way that I can tell particular applications to use the wifi network but still be connected to the corporate ethernet?

Those are just arbitrary incompatibilities.
Hardware limitations. If your computer doesn't have a Wacom pad attached, you can't run software that requires that piece of hardware. It doesn't mean you're running a different OS.
You can still run the software. You just cant do certain things. An ipad specific app can never work on an ipod touch
And do you really think OS are infinitely backward-compatible? Good luck with that... Of course I dont think that.

Awesome interactive game book (http://www.ebolimited.com/rrh.php), combining the classic children story with interactivities, coloring, puzzles etc. Very Funny!!! My little girl plays it again and again. Hope it's helpful for your kids.

But there are many many reasons they would have a problem with that. The most predominant reason would probably be... Dare I say it... Religion.
Religion doesn't even have to be a factor. Perhaps parents see the ideal of only having sex with one person in your entire life, of keeping sex as a complete giving of yourself reserved for the one man or woman you want to spend the rest of your life with. Perhaps parents see that hormones are not the best thing to follow and that relieving physical desires might have more emotional or psychological effects than a teenager would realize. Parents have the advantage of not being influenced by the hormones that teenagers have and can think rationally about the situation. Just because you're 18 doesn't mean that you know what's best for yourself and perhaps your parents can impart on you their experience.
I mean, if a person is an adult at 18, at the age of 18, you have absolutely no experience at being an adult. Being 18 doesn't mean you have 18 years of experience under your belt. Being 18 means you are learning to be able to make your own decisions now and should ask the advice of those who are older than you and had the chance to live more.

I'm pulling this one a bit out of nowhere, but I've once heard that the whole thing with diesel not being popular in the US is a bit of a convenient balance, since you can split petroleum into gas and get diesel as a byproduct, so it's nice to have a balance.

Hey all, currently I use an Apple 20" HD display with my 12" powerbook. I use a MacAlly iceKey keyboard, which I totally love except the white color does not match so well with the aluminium display and laptop. Anyone know of a good USB or BT keyboard that would closely resemble the actual keyboard on my PB?

Eh, people are reading the data completely wrong. The iPhone 4 dropped on Verizon in mid to late February and had 2.2mil activations by the end of the quarter (roughly 6-7 weeks later), at & t had it for roughly six weeks (almost double the time of Verizon) and only managed 3.6 mil activations. Verizon is activating MORE iPhones than AT&T at a faster rate, including the 3GS deal.
Im trying to figure out why media sites keep getting this so hopelessly wrong. This device sold 2 million+ units being a ten month old product in SIX WEEKS. Do you realize that that is nearly 15% of the lifetime sales of the most successful line of android phones (the galaxy s) in six weeks? If that's bad then **** according to this logic android is really ****ed.

Since those of us who are currently Iphoneless AT&T customers we have to go to AT&T stores and was wondering if anyone is interested in camping out at the colesville road store next to trader joes? I just talked to the store and they said they have no idea how many they will get in and they expect big lines.:apple:
