it's not like the new android phones are so much better than last year. so far the only dual core ARM Core A9 phone is the Motorola Atrix and it wasn't that good. The VZW Thunderbolt is last year's CPU with LTE. My HTC INspire 4G is the same CPU as the Thunderbolt with HSPA+ and the iphone 4 beats it in uploads

Dont count HD out as of yet SONY has recieved 2-3 pieces of very bad news.
1. A High Court in the UK has ordered SONY to disolve its merger with BMG.
Fighting this could cost valuable resources.
If they lose, the cost of breakup could well put SONY under. Remember BETAMAX. Yes, I know SONY/BMG is the music arm of the company-but it will be a drain on the whole company.
2. The chipmakers for the PSP3 are having a bitch of a time making any that are worth using in the player-they have a 1 out of 5-6 usable chip ratio.
The rest get used in other less demanding hardware, or get tossed out-. SONY still pays for them-good or not-talk about bleeding.
They are very expensive.
3. Poor PQ reviews, the lack of BR2 (yes folks youve been had-the current discs -or BR1- are not the 'final' version, those COULD be out by November, optimistically-they were rushed out so they could say "Were first!"
They are said to be 'fine tuning' the "real" BR2 disc spec and manufacture.
Translation-it isnt working very well, like the PSP chips.

I am saying that the present UK tariff of 16 years minimum provides adequate protection for the public, and is not an attractive alternative to liberty.
I agree, as I said a family member works for the Probation Service and I am studying law now and it has completely changed my perspective of crime/criminals.
It is such a shame that the media/tabloids still thinks all criminals are inherently evil and spreads rubbish and incorrect headlines like "Europe says rapists must have vote" (prisoners votes recently).
Anyway, life sentance guidlines were reviewed in 2003 and they are currently as follows-
Whole life - two or more people killed and-
a substantial degree of premeditation or planning,
the abduction of the victim, or
sexual or sadistic conduct,
the murder of a child if involving the abduction of the child or sexual or sadistic motivation,
a murder done for the purpose of advancing a political, religious or ideological cause, or
a murder by an offender previously convicted of murder
30 year minimum - where the offence involves-
the murder of a police officer or prison officer in the course of his duty,
a murder involving the use of a firearm or explosive,
a murder done for gain (in furtherance of robbery or burglary...),
a murder intended to obstruct or interfere with the course of justice,
a murder involving sexual or sadistic conduct,
the murder of two or more persons,
a murder that is racially or religiously aggravated or aggravated by sexual orientation, or
15 year minimum - applies to any murder not covered by another category
12 year minimum - applies to any murder committed by someone under the age of 18 (EDITED)
These are guidelines, but Judges must justify deviating from them.
Remember, these are minimum terms, all murders get a life sentence. It doesn't mean people will be released after the minimum term. As I said above, most murders in the UK did not intend to kill someone, that is not necessary for conviction here, only intent to cause GBH.

Coming from an Apple / Mac Fan and non iPhone or iPodTouch kind of Guy & Girl, I sure Hope Apple keeps Sharp on Macs... I was at my 1st and 5th Grader's Parent - Teacher Conference at Chautauqua Lake Central School on 11/18/10 and there were 3 or 4 Macs in each Home Room... I got to believe Steve knows that if they get the Kids Hooked on Apple that they'll be an Apple Buyer for iLife.... We are also ProSumer kind of FCP people and Love our Mac versus the Windows world... Get Your Kids Hooked on iKidsFishing and not on Drugs leads to an Apple a Day keeps the Doctor away... Get it...? Hi.
After upgrading my computer and my software (from Tiger to Leopard) a strange thing happened: my Airport signal (which was the strongest before) is at the middle. But the strangest thing is that, when I open Network Preferences, my internet connection is showed as a PCI Ethernet slot 3, port 3 connection (although it shows an Airport icon); for Airport, it says it's connected but it has no IP address! I have a PCI Ethernet card, but it's not connected.
I also intalled a PCI USB 2.0 card, but I don't think it has anything to do with that.
Any ideas?

What exactly are you using to generate this "sound"? Mainstage can use any AU plugin so a bit more information is needed to help you out.
