Thank you very much for your reply.
Currently i am not enrolled into any company benefits like Health Insurnace etc as i have those benefits from my spose company.
This company said that they are paying thier attorney firm 5200$ for H1b and i am not paying anything.
For this 5 months, i will be H4 and will not get paied by this company.
Question is:
1. Can the company now apply and pay for H1b for Oct 1st start date and then later can they tell me not to hire me anymore?
2. Can mutiple employers file for h1B with same start date of Oct 1st?
If yes, then i would start looking for other jobs as my backup H1b jobs.
Please advise. Much appreciated - thanks

Would you start a new thread to explain what text in the PACE Act makes you think that only future F-4s will benefit from this? Feel free to cut and paste from the bill.
I'm sure PACE will go through many revisions -- it would be helpful to know what the fine print/nitty gritty is.
It is my understanding that the intent of PACE is to provide this benefit to all US STEM Advanced degrees.

One more additional question on this, say we open a trading account now and we buy shares in 2008 , but do not sell it yet (meaning no income was made in 2008), then will there be any impact or any additional filing to be made for 2008 tax returns, or how does stock trading relate to tax returns...

But the underlying fact stays same... They can conservative all they want..
What I don't understand is their rationale in being hellbent on not understanding ground
realities.
If they waste, I think we should sue them being racists because the beneficiaries are all Asians..

Attorney Murthy referred to few cases (I think she said 3) that went thru her law firm, which got approved on the last week of June and also on July 2nd. She said both her client (who were pleasently surprised, good for them) and the law firm were surprised as the dates were not current in June and also not in July due to revised VB.
She mentioned it in the context of lot of crazy things that is happening in USCIS and questioned the 60,000 cases that are being claimed to have been approved in under a month. All these bizarre happenings would get questioned and hopefully explained in the litigation.

Not exactly correct. Once, he left the US for a long period of time (except vacation) the employer should remove him from US payroll and terminate the H1B. This is the very legal way. If employer want to receive employee's service outside the US, the employer should "outsource" the work to him. In this case, both the employee and employer must follow export-import rules between two countris and pay appropirate tax in both countries.
After employee left the US, if employer continously keeps him in US payroll using his H1B authorization for work eligibility, and receives his service or work from abord; it is the violation of LCA work place. If USCIS knows that the employer will be in trouble.

A new immigration enforcement bill that would remove the jobs magnet for illegal immigration is expected to be introduced in the House very soon. The SAVE Act (Secure America with Verification Enforcement) will be sponsored by Rep. Heath Shuler (D-N.C.) and is expected to have bi-partisan support. NumbersUSA believes this bill originating on the Democratic side of the House is just the vehicle to give us a chance to actually pass immigration legislation through a Democratic-controlled Congress that would significantly improve the lives of most Americans. Specifically, The SAVE Act would eventually require every employee in America to go through the E-Verify system, identifying all illegal aliens and removing any "glitches" that once allowed them to pass through the system and into the workforce undetected.

Thanks for the offer. I am not sure if I have permission to shoot any thing on a federal govt agency premises, but will do my best. My sources tell me that some main stream media will cover it. For us to be able to make a good impact, we need to have people there.
